Every Saturday, we invite members of the community to relax and unwind during a virtual family-friendly yoga class led by Yoga One. This program is made possible by AMR.

The class will be led through Zoom. After you complete your Eventbrite registration, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom access details. You will need Zoom access in order to attend the class.

January Theme: INTENTIONS

We invite you to submit works (poems, videos, stories, images, etc.) that embody the monthly theme for you. Before each class, the instructor will select a piece of work to share with the group. Submissions can be sent to missy@yogaonesandiego.com.
