About this event
To celebrate the publication of Once Upon a Time in the 21st Century: Unexpected Exercises in Creative Writing, Robin Behn, the book's editor and University of Alabama professor of creative writing, will talk briefly about how the book emerged from an outreach program at UA, and then lead participants in several fun creative writing exercises from the book. We will Zoom our way through everything from a nice hat to an inspiring alphabet to talking animals. No preparation necessary, but you must have the book to attend the workshop. Appropriate for all ages. Ticket prices include the cost of the book.
