Virtual Postpartum Planning Community Education Course

There is so much education and support about how to feed your baby, how to care for your baby, how to birth your baby, but where is the education about how to prepare for the baby? This newly developed class does just that. Who will support you? Where will your food come from? What providers do you want lined up to help you heal? How will you handle visitors? Whose advice is sound? Lenox Hill’s Postpartum Planning class covers all that and so much more. We can’t care for others if we aren’t caring for ourselves. Having a detailed plan for the initial postpartum period can make transition to home life, more seamless.

Whether this is your first baby or your seventh, we are here to help you make a plan for your return home. We will support and guide you in some of the decisions that will naturally come up with a new baby.

Note: Cancellation Refunds are available upon written notice to esmith26@northwell.edu within 24 hours PRIOR to the class date. Cancellations are subject to a reduced rate by $10.00 due to incurred cost for copy of the Postpartum Planning Kit. After the 24 hour period, NO REFUNDS!

You will receive the Zoom link to this course the Friday before your scheduled class. Additionally, you will receive your Postpartum Planning Kit to look over prior to the class.
