It's time for you to have an awesome repertoire of professional and career related personal stories ready to answer all of the most common job interview questions such as:

• How quickly do you adapt to new technology?
• Do you have any interests outside of work?
• Give an example of how you have handled a challenge in the workplace before.
• Give an example of when you performed well under pressure.
• Give an example of when you showed leadership qualities.

You want to answer the questions in a way that ensures you are heard, understood, and able to make a connection with the interviewer/hiring manager. You want to make a positive and memorable first impression.

You want to answer the questions in a clear, succinct, and engaging way by adding well-crafted personal stories. This will ensure you are viewed as personable, relatable, and likable but it will also highlight your interpersonal communication skills and self-awareness.

Join us in this supportive group coaching environment with others who are on the job market to rehearse and share your story-based answers. You will get professional coaching on how well you weaved stories into your answers and how well you ultimately answered the question(s). You will get feedback on your nonverbal communication, the impression you make, and how well you are communicating who you are and what you have to offer.

We'll help you build your confidence and get you excited for your next job interview!

What to Expect and Why You Should Join

Everyone will get asked 3-5 questions. You provide the questions you are prepared to answer. Your answers to the questions should be between 90 seconds to 3 minutes.

Everyone will receive feedback from the Coach.

Everyone will have the option to receive or not receive constructive feedback from the other attendees.

You will get to practice your active listening skills and listen to the answers of the other attendees. Be ready to provide constructive feedback.

You will practice your non-verbal communication and get feedback on it.

You will get to practice reading people as you provide your answers and as you listen to others.

The session will be recorded and the recording will be made available for 30 days.

After you sign-up, you will receive a PDF copy of How to Become a (First Time) Storyteller so you can learn the art of personal storytelling and get your story ready.
