The 4th Annual IWD Panel Discussion and Dialogue is being hosted in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Washington, DC, and the Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force (TTDF), under the distinguished patronage of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (Gender and Child Affairs Division).

This year’s discussion is being held under the theme: "Women in Leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World", and will seek to shed light on the need to advance gender equality in business and in the workplace, eliminate gender-based violence for all women and girls, and address systemic racism, taking into consideration the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
