Will there be time for sharing?

Yes! At the end, there’s a chance to share reflections if you feel called—always optional and supported with love.

Do I need to have my camera on?

It’s completely up to you! Many people like to keep their camera on for a more connected feel, but you are welcome to keep it off if you prefer privacy.

Will there be a recording?

Yes! The session will be recorded and a link will be sent to all virtual participants within 24–48 hours, so you can revisit the healing anytime you wish.
