About this Event

This year's Medicare Updates Workshop will be held via zoom from 12:15 to 1:15 pm on September 14, 2021. Registration is requested by September 13, 2021.

This workshop is for medical practices in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.

PRESENTER:

In her capacity as Associate Director of CMA’s Center for Economic Services, Cheryl Bradley provides policy support and analysis for CMA member physicians on issues regarding Medicare. Cheryl has over 20 years of experience in the Medicare Program, having worked as an Education and Training Specialist, Medical Review Analyst, and as a Customer Service Representative across all of the CA Medicare contractors including Noridian Healthcare solutions most recently. Cheryl has provided problem‐solving assistance and presented before physicians, specialty organizations, insurance billers, and other healthcare professionals in California, Hawaii, and Nevada.

HOW TO GET THERE:

  • At 12:10 pm on September 14, use the Zoom link and wait for your host.
  • The Zoom link will be accessible via this invitation after registration and it will also be in the event reminder emails that will come from Eventbrite and in the calendar invite CCMA will send you.
  • Keep in mind that this is a group activity, so please mute yourself so everyone can benefit from the instructor's presentation.
  • There will be a Q&A section at the end of the presentation.

TIPS:

  • A smartphone can work, but for best viewing, we recommend devices with larger monitors. 
  • For an optimal experience, check your WiFi connection and bandwidth before the event.
