March 7 at 12pm: Vermont Style Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Jena
Ingredients/Supplies:
- 1 GIANT Steam Easy Petite Sweet Potatoes Microwavable Bag
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup maple sugar (or 1/2 cup maple syrup)
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- Supplies: cutting board, sauté pan, serving bowl, spatula, measuring cups and spoons
March 14 at 12pm: Carrot Salad with Bacon Vinaigrette with Mary
Ingredients/Supplies:

- ½ small red onion
- 2,10 oz. bags matchstick carrots
- ⅓ cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¾ cup golden raisins

March 28 at 12pm: Deviled Eggs with Crystal
Ingredients/Supplies:
- 12 large eggs
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
