Join chef Maria Capdevielle and bring the flavors of the Italian countryside to your kitchen.

About this event

In this exciting class you will learn how to make pasta from scratch (a pasta machine will be helpful). We are going to complete the menu with a seasonal salad and amaretti cookies for dessert.

A week before class you will receive the list of ingredients, recipes and the zoom link.

All levels are welcome. Cook along or just watch!

Tickets are per computer and can include up to 2 guests.

- Arugula salad with pears and parmigiano cheese

- Pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and sage sauce

- amaretti cookies (Italian almond macaroon)

Maria Teresa Capdevielle is the author of "The Secrets of Baking with Olive oil", a professional pastry chef and a culinary chef/instructor from Abruzzo (Italy). Her local experience includes V-Sattui, The Rose Pistola, The Waterfront, The Market Hall, The Townhouse Grill & Restaurant and a stint at the famed Chez Panisse in Berkeley, where she learned about hand-selecting and gently preparing perfect produce from Alice Waters.
