Virtual Information Session about the Shared Administrative Associate (Office Automation) position
We are still hiring Shared Administrative Associates in the following locations:
Phoenix & Glendale, AZ; Santa Rose, Oakland, Laguna Niguel, San Jose and Stockton, CA;
Grand Junction, Denver, Westminster, CO; Peoria & Schiller Park, IL; Boston, Worchester, Lowell Southborough, MA; Augusta, South Portland, ME; Manchester, NH; Edison, NJ; Rochester Buffalo, NY; Independence, OH; Franklin, TN; Seattle & Tacoma, WA; Eau Claire, WI; and Huntington, WV
We are hosting a virtual information session about our Shared Administrative Associate positions. In this position, you will provide administrative, clerical, and case processing support to managers and technical employees. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical activities required by business operating divisions.
During these information sessions, you will learn more about the position, and we will also have HR Representatives attending the sessions to discuss the application process and some of the requirements for the positions.
