Virtual Integrated Amrita Meditation Class - 20 minute version

About this Event

Northern California Regional Virtual IAM® - 20 class, sponsored by MA Center, San Ramon

The remote control of our mind should rest firmly in the palm of our hand. ~ Amma

IAM® is a short and simple approach to meditation that anyone can learn. The technique consists of energizing exercises - yogic postures, followed by meditation. It integrates movement, breath, sound, and visualization.

IAM-20  is a modified version of the original IAM practice. It takes 20 minutes per day.

IAM was developed by spiritual leader, humanitarian, and visionary, Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, known around the world as Amma. It is a powerful way to reconnect with our real center, and experience true joy and peace in life. This technique, when practiced with dedication, is designed to bring integration into our lives - of body, mind, intellect and heart.
