The Greens Class is the first class that I teach in {Balanced + Pure} Plant-Based Whole Foods Cooking Series.

Dark leafy greens are the superhero foods that hit the top of the food chain! These greens are loaded with more natural occurring food chemicals (phytochemicals) than any other food source on the planet. Nutritionally dense, yet so low in calories, they never land on your tire or your hips. You will learn fabulous ways to eat leafy greens daily. When you begin this daily habit, you will crave nutrient dense food and old cravings for unhealthy food choices disappear.

In this class, you will learn to prepare Massaged Kale Salad, Simple Sauteed Greens, Quinoa & Vegetable Melody and Kale Chips.
