The G.L.O.W. (Grow, Live, Obtain, Wellness) group promotes nutrition education with hands-on experiences preparing meals and learning about health, wellness, and physical activity. In this group, caregivers will practice healthy eating strategies they can build into their daily routines.
There is no charge for this group due to being funded by SNAP.
