Event description
In this class you will use your breath as your guide gently move, while listening to what your body needs.

About this event

Join me for Virtual Gentle Yoga weekly on Mondays & Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am PT.

Yoga is a great practice to cultivate mindfulness, to connect with yourself, while stretching and strengthening your body~mind~spirit connection. During this class you will gently move with your breath through therapeutic postures to invite the body to heal and relax. I always encourage my students to do what feels right for their body.

This class is good for beginners to advanced, and is great for those with injuries. My background is in Yoga Therapy, so I always offer modifications. Sometimes we will do sun salutations, but I teach them slowly with a focus on alignment.

Preparation for class:

  • Two shower towels
  • A long scarf, tie, or belt
  • One firm pillow (can be the back of a couch pillow, if you it’s not firm, grab two)
  • If you have your own yoga props feel free to use those
