About this event

Virtual Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga. In this 50-minute virtual class, traditional focused breathing techniques and meditation are practiced with modified yoga strengthening movements and sequences. This Chair Yoga class, led by KC Knudsen, occurs virtually on Mondays at 12PM.
