1. Aaron Michel - Partner at 1984 Ventures

Named to venture capital’s 40 Under 40 by VC Journal in 2020, Aaron is a partner at 1984 Ventures. Prior to that he co-founded PathSource, an edtech startup that rose to be the top career app in the App Store until its acquisition in 2017. Aaron also created the online game Fantasy Politics for the 2012 election. Inducted into the annual Innovation Rockstar list by the Boston Business Journal, Aaron has written for Entrepreneur Magazine, Fast Company and a range of business outlets. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

2. Jennifer Cheng Lo - Founder & Director at NewChic Capital

Jennifer Cheng Lo is the Founder & Director of NewChic Capital (NewChicCapital.com), the Venture and Private Equity arm of her single Family Office. Jennifer is also the Founder of JennClub (JennClub.com) a content and commerce platform empowering female investors, entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers. Jennifer is also General Partner, Head of Investor Relations, of Ace Investment Management (Aceinvestmentmgmt.com), a women-led hedge fund. She is also Founder & Director, AKA CGG (Chief Glam Girl) of Glam-it! (Glamit.com) a passion project and now a self-running beauty, fashion, lifestyle technology brand; She is Founding Advisor of Glam-it! PPE (GlamitPPE.com) a Social Enterprise founded by her 3 children. She is also the Chair of Women With Purpose (part of Society of Family Offices).

Jennifer also serves as the Director of Business Development of The Otto Hotel (TheOtto.Hk) Born and raised in the US, Jennifer had a career as an actress and a model in New York City. Prior to University, Jennifer attended the prestigious Boston University Academy and Brookline High School while achieving high honors in the New England Conservatory Pre-College program for Piano Performance. Jennifer holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

Siya Raj Purohit is the Co-founder / General Partner of Pathway Ventures. Prior to starting Pathway, she was an early employee at Udacity and Springboard. She's the author of Engineering America, a book on the country's jobs-skills gap that she published as a college sophomore, and regularly guest lectures about the Edtech & Future of Work sectors. Siya is an alum of the University of Texas at Austin and Harvard University.
