This is a virtual fitness event.
The MoveCollective Fitness MashUp
June 6th is National Health and Fitness Day and the MoveCollective team is bringing together amazing fitness coaches and wellness practitioners from across Canada to move with you.
Led by a big sweaty mashup of your favourite MoveCollective instructors, Mia St-Aubin, Jessica Chiarello + their MoveCamp Canada crew are spearheading this awesome community initiative in an effort to make Canada the fittest nation on earth (for real).
Bring your families, your bestie, your neighbour. It’s going to be a blast! The MoveCollective Fitness MashUp is about getting people moving and having fun at the same time.
We create an inclusive environment where no matter your fitness or skill level you have a place to move your body free from judgement.
This event is open to all ages and we encourage everyone to attend as we provide options for every fitness level. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and running shoes and bring a water bottle and exercise mat.
