Experience how to turn Zoom into an innovative donor engagement and cultivation platform, and to use the latest Spatial Audio platforms to create social networking moments for your donors, alumni, and prospects.

Learn how to design online experiences for your donors, alumni, and prospects during times of social distancing. Connect with your donors in meaningful and memorable ways to weather Year 2 of Covid.

In this Bootcamp training, you will learn and experience live interactive and engaging virtual alternatives to your thoughtfully crafted in-person cultivation events where personal connections can be made and future giving decisions formed.

If you are concerned about Zoom fatigue, this training will show you how to Zoom fatigue into Zoom excitement.

YOU WILL LEAVE THE BOOTCAMP WITH

  1. Ideas on how to cultivate donors, alumni, and prospects in the virtual space
  2. Interactive facilitation techniques to spark conversations and connections online
  3. Suggestions for creating personal and inclusive moments on Zoom and on the latest Spatial Audio platforms
  4. Templates and event production plans to jumpstart your own virtual donor cultivation events
  5. Hands-on tips on how to leverage Zoom breakout rooms, chat, whiteboard, and Zoom polls and reactions
  6. Online tools to integrate into your Zoom events (Manycam, Kahoot, and Mentimeter)

BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE

Live Training Sessions on ZOOM on Wednesdays 12PM -1:30PM EST

(9AM-10:30AM PT, 6PM-7:30PM CET). All sessions will be recorded.

Session 1 (Wed, 4/14): Virtual Networking & Donor Cultivation Event Opportunities

Session 2 (Wed, 4/21): Techniques for Meaningful Donor Conversations on Zoom

Session 3 (Wed, 4/28): Interactive Presentation Ideas That Engage Donors and Social Networking on Spatial Audio Platforms [Note: this session will be from 12PM-2PM]

Session 4 (Wed, 5/5): Virtual Event Design Tips That Move The Needle

Bonus Session (Wed, 5/12): Small-group Tech Lab To Test Zoom Features at 10AM and 12PM

1:1 THIRTY (30) MINUTE COACHING SESSION

Included in the Bootcamp training is a 1:1 coaching session with Tanja Sarett. You will have an opportunity to get expert advice on your virtual donor or alumni program.

ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP TRAINER

Tanja Sarett, MA, CFRE, CVF, is a global fundraising consultant, facilitator, and executive coach based in New York / New Jersey. She activates team-centered innovation and creative and synergistic solutions for visionary organizations and philanthropies. Tanja is an onsite and virtual facilitator, trainer and executive coach, an AFP Master Trainer and a 21/64 Multigenerational Giving Advisor. She brings to her work a wide range of collaborative and creative techniques from IDEO Design Thinking, Liberating Structures, the Technology of Participation, and the Agile community.

Cancellation before April 6 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after April 6 will receive a 75% refund. The refund will not include the administrative ticket fee.
