About Him:
In the last 3 decades with Indian IT Industry, I have led multiple transformation projects, managed sales and business development across Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB, Channel and Corporate Strategy for the world’s leading organizations like Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Avaya , Microsoft and Cisco. My expertise in IT spreads across Cloud Solutions, Networking, Data Centre, Contact Center, Collaboration and Unified Communications, Application & Middleware, Productivity software and Cyber Security Solutions.
I have the unique experience of managing some of the largest business units that are over US$ 450 Million and Channel partnerships that are over US$ 700 Million Through these years, I was fortunate enough to learn from the brightest industry leaders. As someone who constantly challenges the status quo, I am passionate about leading transformations that need radical approach. My team has successfully transformed Sun Microsystems’ GTM from being a single channel to a multi-channel distribution impacting hundreds of million dollars in revenue. In my last assignment, my team and I were able to transform the Cloud business of Microsoft India's billion-dollar channel ecosystem from mere 3% to 42% in 30 months. At Cisco, I am leading the transformation of Commercial segment’s software mix from 10% to 45% in the last 24 months. In these processes, I have created and nurtured teams with skills, empowerment and inclusivity, where people are encouraged to experiment and innovate without any fear of failure.
I am passionate about sharing my experiences on digital platforms and exchange perspectives with other thought leaders. As a mentor to over 50 budding IT leaders across the country.
