We’re excited to launch the brand new Baltimore Design Lab (BDL) in Baltimore City Government! Formerly known as Design for Breakfast, BDL is run by The Mayor's Offices of Government Transformation and Performance and Innovation.
Join us Friday, January 27th for our first session of the 2023 series, Facilitation Fundamentals! Learn the art and science of planning and facilitating an effective remote or in-person meeting with a variety of stakeholders. Expect to leave with tools that you can use in your own meetings.
You will learn new tools, approaches, methods, and resources you can apply directly to your current or future work to design accessible, equitable and informed services that honor the diverse needs of Baltimoreans throughout our 2023 schedule.
