About this event
Ladies, can you identify? Feeling isolated, or anxious during this pandemic? Are you so busy caring for others, handling details, and feeling stressed, you don't have any time for yourself? Ready for a change of pace? It is time to refresh, relax, and renew your spirit, all from the comfort of your own home.
You are invited to attend the 2nd Annual Women's Relaxation Retreat on Saturday, October 3, 2020, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., CST, a VIRTUAL EVENT.
We’ve created the retreat with your self-love and care in mind. Retreat activities of Tai Chi Basics, Hand Massage Training, Meditative Breathing, and a Building Mindfulness in Nature Talk are planned. We will end the day with a discussion of how to Develop an Attitude of Gratitude.
You will have access to all the session activities and there will be plenty of time to ask questions. We encourage you to chat with other retreat participants and stretch during the breaks so you can build community connections we hope will continue after the retreat.
**Registration is open with fees of $50 for 18 to 64-year-olds, and $40 for anyone 65 years or older until September 25, 2020. Ticket prices increase to $55 for 18 to 64-year-olds, and $45 for anyone 65 or older, from September 26 through the morning of Saturday, October 3, 2020.
**Retreat Registration on Eventbrite ends on October 3, 2020.
**Instructional recordings will be available on October 5, 2020.
Retreat Check-In begins at 9:30 a.m. After you register for the Women's Retreat on EventBrite you will be emailed a PDF of retreat materials. Instructor bios and backgrounds and other bonuses will also be included.
Retreat Instructors: We are excited to offer a roster of experienced women in their fields, all who are dedicated to your restful, relaxing experience. Our holistic activities are designed to help you maintain a peaceful balance. (1)
FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Participants must be 18 years and up.
What do I need to provide for the retreat?
You will need Wifi and a device for the retreat sessions. Be sure to provide a journal and pen for taking notes as well as a mat for the Tai Chi Basics and/or Meditative Breathing sessions.
Will I have time to connect with other retreat participants?
The retreat schedule includes time during the lunch and morning/afternoon breaks to chat with other participants.
How can I make time for the retreat when I am at home by myself?
Create a space in your home where you can totally focus on experiential learning in each session.

What is the refund policy?
