MDS Bootcamp- a basic class covering the RAI MDS process. Includes a review of the MDS items, common coding issues, OBRA timing and scheduling, transmission errors, and CAAs. This class does not go in-depth into Medicare Part A PPS, but does review basic PPS timing and scheduling.

Attendees must bring an up-to-date RAI manual(either in hard copy or in electronic form), a hard copy of the MDS form, and a willing attitude. Also feel free to bring any scheduling tools you use, and any questions or scenarios that give you trouble.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The class is in the second floor conference center, at 9960 Mayland Drive. There is ample parking including a parking garage. This building is in the Short Pump area of Richmond/Henrico, and there are numerous hotels, shopping, food venues, and best of all- a Starbucks a block away! There is a cafe on site.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
yes- if you can't come after you register, then you can send someone in your place.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
