Viral marketing campaigns build on the notion that consumers tend to assign high credibility to information coming from other consumers. By taking advantage of the networks of influences among consumers, it allows marketers to diffuse production information inexpensively and effectively to achieve large changes in consumer behavior. In this master class, we will talk about what viral marketing is and consumers' motivations, attitudes, and behaviors that determine the success of a viral marketing campaign.

Come experience a typical lecture under ESSEC's MSc in Marketing Management and Digital in this master class. You will also hear from Campus France the merits of choosing a French education and how higher education establishments like ESSEC are distinguished globally as top-ranked institutions.
