When: Every Wednesday Evening
Time: Class begins at 7:30 and is an hour long.
(You may arrive around 7pm to get situated)
In this class we will focus on body awareness, learning the alignment of the poses before we go into a flow and utilize our breath. Steph has been teaching yoga for 5 years, practicing for 10. She has taken many trainings and is certified in multiple modalities such as dance and gymnastics. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist with a 900 hour certification and back in school for an additional 500 hours. She brings in a lot of self care into each yoga class so that her students can take care of themselves when they can't make it into a class
