Start the weekend off with a very special yoga session by D.C.'s own, Grip The Mat who will lead you through their nationally acclaimed: Vinyasa to Vino featuring complimentary wine tastings to put you in the mood for our Happy Hour hang from 6-8PM featuring drink specials, delicious eats, and the greatest vibes around.
Grip The Mat is revamping the yoga practice, one handcrafted cocktail at a time. They believe in mind-body balance and offline socializing, so they host pop-up events that pair yoga with social experiences. Join them for one of their signature event series including Bendy Brunch (yoga + champagne brunch) or Soul & Spirits (yoga + organic cocktails). All Grip The Mat yoga sessions are mixed-level so newcomers and advanced yogis can feel good!
Please bring your yoga mats and great vibes. Class will start promptly at 4:30pm. Limited Capacity.
