A fast moving yoga class led by Lauren Villegas, certified yoga instructor, Vinyasa Flow Yoga is designed to coordinate movement with the breath and flow from one pose to the next. Variations and modifications will be offered to accommodate beginners and intermediate students. Class includes 45 minutes of building heat and strengthening the body, and 15 minutes cooling down. Students will leaving feeling energized and relaxed.
Class dates include July 6 to 27.
