The Film Society, Netflix, and Adler Graduate School present a FREE screenings of Ava DuVernay's vital documentary 13TH on Friday December 9th, 2016.
In a nation where 1 in 3 black men can expect to go to prison in their life, 13TH digs into how America’s politics, corporate structure, police militarization, media culture and legal system have conspired for over 150 years to imprison African-Americans in second-class-citizen status.
This public exhibition of the film will take place at the Adler Graduate School in Richfield, Minnesota at 7pm to 9pm on Friday December 9th. A panel discussion with Civil Rights Advocate Andre Koen will follow the screening.
