Welcome to Vidjam! Our Filmmaking Weekends are a 48-hour filmmaking competition based out of Central Pennsylvania. Filmmakers set up teams and then have 48 hours to develop, shoot, and edit a film of any genre based off of a theme chosen from suggestions submitted by Vidjam members.

The theme will be released on Friday, June 3rd at 7pm online at www.vidjam.org and on Facebook, and then filmmakers will have until Sunday, June 5th at 7pm to submit their film at www.vidjam.org/submit!

The screening will take place at Midtown Cinema -- date and time to be announced!

• Past themes have included “Inner Demons”, “What Goes Up” and “Time After Time”.
• We have hosted events in Harrisburg, Lancaster, York and online.
• Films have been shot on iPhones, DSLRs, and RED cameras.
• First-time filmmakers and production companies have competed.
• Our youngest filmmaker began at 10 years old!
• Our Filmmaking Weekends began in 2015 and have been held annually ever since!
