Hear the story of Peggy Klinke (Debbie’s sister) who was stalked and murdered by an ex-boyfriend. Since 2003, Debbie Riddle has been a national speaker, educator and advocate for stalking awareness.

Lori King

Lori King is a Victim Advocate for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. She is a state and nationally credentialed Victim Advocate with Domestic Violence Intervention and Homicide Intervention Specialist Designation. Lori was the first director of the prosecutor-based Victim Witness program in Washington C.H., Fayette County, Ohio. She is one of the founders of the domestic abuse shelter, “My Sister’s House” in memory of her sister Geneva Ann O’Dell. Geneva was brutally murdered by her boyfriend on August 12, 1994. Lori became a Victim Advocate after her sister’s tragic murder. Lori lives by the commitment each day to help others in honor and memory of her youngest sister.

Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams works with adults with disabilities, she is an STNA, a former Preschool Teacher and a survivor.

Her life was filled with domestic violence and child abuse ,resulting in tragedy when she was thirteen years old. Transitioning from victim to survivor has required hard work and she now shares her story in hopes to help others see that there is life after trauma. She has become a volunteer and tells her story with inmates, victims, perpetrators, judges, nurses, police officers, and more. Recounting her story is emotionally straining but has helped her continue to heal.

Mildred D. Muhammad

As the ex-wife of the D.C. Sniper, John A. Muhammad, Mildred shares the very personal details of her experiences involving fear, abuse and many times, victim-blaming. This experience has allowed Mildred’s mission to be even more influential and of a greater purpose. Simply stated, she was a victim who became a survivor and is now a warrior on the issues of domestic abuse/violence.

Seminar is provided at no charge – Breakfast and Lunch will be provided
