Event description

Description

This training will cover both the VI-SPDAT for single adult individuals (18th and older) (not families) as part of the Coordinated Entry system. It will also cover the SkanPoint module which is used by outreach teams and program staff to record engagements with individuals.

PRIOR TO TRAINING:
Staff should have viewed the 20 minute webinar at http://vimeo.com/126548635
This will serve as an introduction to the tools, so that the HMIS training can be specific to properly recording VI-SPDAT results within the HMIS.

THE DAY OF TRAINING:

All sessions will begin on time; please do not take the seat from individuals forced to be on a wait list by choosing to not arrive on time, as you will not be admitted to the session if you arrive late. The doors will be locked 5 minutes from the posted start date of the session and all late arrivals will have to attend a later session (if available). Please encourage all registered attendees to bring the email confirmation to the training session in order to check-in.

Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you and your staff as VI-SPDAT assessors later this month!
