Veterans tribute event at Aztec Shawnee Theater

Aztec Shawnee Theater is privileged to honor our service men and women with local singer/songwriter Sara Morgan.

Come to Aztec Shawnee Theater on Veterans Day, November 11, 2022 to hear from General Dwight D. Eisenhower, as re-enacted by Shawnee Native Bill Nicks, Jr.

Hear about IKE’s WW II experiences, D-Day, VE Day, the great leaders he served with, his schooling, his leadership of NATO, how, as President and Commander-In-Chief he avoided Vietnam, his Cold War dealings with the Soviets and much much more.

We will also have comedian-ventriloquist Kevin Horner. Charlie Pautler from Shawnee Town 1929 Museum will have some of his incredible war memorabilia on display.

This is an evening to applaud our service men and women for giving themselves for our freedom.

Tickets are only $10 each plus Eventbrite fees and tax online or $15 plus tax at the door the night of the show if they are still available.

Aztec Shawnee Theater will be donating several free tickets to veterans.

Show starts at 7:00pm and doors open one hour earlier.
