Veteran Storytelling Workshop: Discover Your Story

11:00AM - 12:00PM: Museum Introduction & Highlights Tour with Box Lunch

12:00PM - 3:00PM: Workshop

Every veteran has a story to tell. Presented by Campfire, a local storytelling organization, this interactive workshop will engage the natural storyteller that lives in you. Join fellow veterans and military personnel, past and present, as Campfire Director Steven Horowitz teaches the basics of story crafting and experiential story development.

Arrive prior to the workshop, as the staff of Soldiers Memorial Military Museum will provide an overview of the recently reopened museum and memorial and offer a brief tour that highlights some of the personal stories currently on exhibit. Complimentary box lunch provided.

Workshop is FREE, but space is limited. Registration is required (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/veteran-storytelling-workshop-discover-your-story-tickets-59074975843)

The workshop is a St. Louis Storytelling Festival event in partnership with Missouri Humanities, Campfire, and the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum.
