En collaboration avec Oui, Rising from Roots organise un vernissage communautaire et un mini-marché de Noël le vendredi 16 décembre.

13 jeunes artistes issu.e.s de communautés minoritaires de Montréal vendront et présenteront leurs œuvres d'art et autres créations et plus encore dans notre vitrine au coeur du Plateau.
DJ Aura et DJ NGL Flounce joueront des sets live de 19h à 19h45 et de 20h à 20h45
Tous les fonds recueillis lors de cet événement, grâce à la vente de billets et aux dons à la porte, seront versés à des collectes de fonds d'aide mutuelle à Montréal

Rising from our Roots is here for the holidays to host a Community Artist Showcase and Holiday Mini Market on Friday December 16th from 6-10pm at Oui Boutique Sensuelle storefront at 4357 St Laurent Blvd.

13 Magnificent artists who are BIPOC, Queer, Trans and disabled youth will be selling and showcasing their art pieces, prints, accessories and more at a storefront in the heart of Downtown Montreal, the pieces will be on display for guests to see and to purchase in person. Artists with other items to sell such as beauty products, jewelry, home decor, etc will also be participating at the venue as a part of the storefronts holiday season campaign, all the artists are also grassroots creatives and businesses in Montreal.
We will be featuring the musicians DJ Aura and DJ NGL Flounce who will play live sets from 7-7:45pm and 8-8:45 pm respectively; these guest musicians are also members of the Montreal BIPOC QT community.
This event is a dress your best for the holidays theme with alcohol permitted on the premises throughout the whole event as well as food being served for guests and organizers. This event has a pay what you can admission (5-20).
All the funds raised at this event through sold tickets and donations at the door will go towards mutual aid fundraisers in Montreal QC.
