The project is a partnership between VT Department of Mental Health, VT Suicide Prevention Center, and seven Designated Mental Health Agencies in Vermont.

The Project Director and Principal Investigator will provide background on the project and evaluation, describe the logic model, key evaluation activities, measures, and the methods used to track and report on progress towards the Zero Suicide 2020 goals during the project period (July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021).
