Event description

Description

The Vermont Living History & Militaria Expo will be held September 22nd & 23rd 2018 at the Champlain Valley Exposition. The Living History Expo is being produced by Vermont Gatherings, the producers of the Vermont Renaissance Faire, Winter Renaissance Faire, Vermont Steampunk Expo and a host of other events.

The Living History Expo is an all-ages event that will feature numerous vendors, reenactment encampments, static displays and live demos. The Expo will cover both indoor and outdoor venues.

Participants will include reenactment groups from across the eastern US representing units and groups from medieval times, the French & Indian War, the American Revolution, the War of 1812, the American Civil War, World War I and II as well as a number of conflicts since.

The Expo welcomes vendors, military and civilian reenactment groups, historic vehicle owners, veteran groups and everyone interested in the history of Vermont, The US and the world thru the ages. Interested parties should reach out via email.

This event is kid-friendly, so bring the whole family for a hands-on way to learn about history.

More information about the new Vermont Living History and Militaria Expo—by the creators of the Vermont Renaissance Faire and Vermont Steampunk Expo—can be found at VTLivingHistory.com.
