About this event
As the 46th Presidential Administration begins its work, Vermont Law Review is taking a look back at the legitimacy, legality, and legacy of the 45th Administration. Truly an administration like no other, this symposium will foster debate around the scope and its use of executive powers, the legacy it is leaving behind in the field of environmental law, and how its influence ran far beyond what is considered traditional under the separation of powers doctrine.
To accommodate for the necessary virtual format of this symposium, it has been split up over two days with the following schedules:
Thursday, February 18th
4:00-4:20 - Introductions
4:20-4:30 - Break
4:30-5:30 - Panel 1: Executive Powers
5:30-6:00 - Q&A
6:00-6:15 - Break
6:15-7:15 - Panel 2: Environmental Legacy
7:15 - Q&A
Friday, February 19th
