About the Tour:
Experience the Oriental Institute Museum with a trained guide who will give detailed verbal descriptions of the artifact highlights in the permanent galleries. Designed for partially sighted and blind audiences, this tour helps participants envision the art and artifacts of the ancient Near East. Object replicas will also be available for participants to touch and feel the rich material culture housed at the Oriental Institute.
Please contact the Front Desk at (773) 702-9522 in advance to reserve a temporary permit for the accessible parking in Lexington Lot, located half a block south of the Oriental Institute on University Avenue.
