Verbal De-escalation & Active Shooter Response Training
Thu, May 18, 2017, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EDT
From time to time you and/or your staff will come in contact with an angry, rude, obnoxious person. Knowing how to handle such a person properly will determine if the situation ends peacefully or dissolves into a physical confrontation. John [www.gentle-response.com] will give you and your staff the training and confidence to deal with a difficult person.
After a lunch break Renee [www.bgiassociates.com] will go into what may happen when that 1% incident happens to your work place and teach you and your staff how to respond to a person who is shooting at everyone in sight, an active shooter. Let us teach you and your staff how to respond and survive.
This training workshop will take place at Resurrection Life Church, Grandville, MI in the Chapel area. The training workshop will start at 9:00 AM with conflict resolution and verbal de-escalation training lecture presentation followed by realistic scenario role playing. After a lunch break we will reconvene at 1:00 PM for the active shooter response training, and there will be scenarios in this training segment also.
Workshop class sizes are limited so sign up today to reserve your spot! We assure you that you will learn a lot and you will have a lot of fun!
