Bill Reichert, Garage Technology Ventures

Bill Reichert is co-founder and managing director of Garage Technology Ventures, a seed and early stage venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. He is also a partner at Fenox Venture Capital, a global venture capital firm with offices in Silicon Valley and around the world. Some of Garage’s most successful investments include Pandora Media (NYSE: P), Digital Fountain (acquired by Qualcomm), Coremetrics (acquired by IBM), iNest (acquired by LendingTree), and LeftHand Networks (acquired by HP).



Jennifer Vancini, Mighty Capital

Jennifer Vancini is a general partner with Mighty Capital. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience across a broad range of technologies, with extensive experience in the mobile and security industries. She has held management and executive roles in start-ups and innovation units of large organizations including Price Waterhouse, Nokia, the Symbian Foundation and Telefonica, and has served on several boards.



Ho Nam, Altos Ventures

Ho Nam is a member of the Altos investment team and the co-founder of Altos Ventures. Before co-founding Altos in 1996, Ho worked at Silicon Graphics and Octel Communications. Prior to that, he was with Trinity Ventures where he was involved in several successful investments, including: Crescendo Communications and Wall Data. Prior to Trinity, he was at Bain & Company where he advised technology and consumer products clients. Ho received an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.


Negar Rajabi, SK Telecom Ventures

Negar Rajabi, SK Telecom VenturesNegar Rajabi is an investor SK Telcom Ventures where she focuses on evaluating and sourcing early to mid-stage investment opportunities. She is an engineer turned investor with several years of experience developing and commercializing disruptive technologies at startups and top-tier engineering companies across the US and Canada. Previously she was an entrepreneur-in-residence at SRI International where she explored commercializing several patented technologies focused on robotics, computer vision, artificial intelligence and advanced sensing. Before that, she worked at Presidio Partners to identify, assess and source investment opportunities in the areas of 3D printing, drones, Industrial IoT and digital manufacturing. Negar has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.


About the Moderator:


Arman Pahlavan is a corporate attorney and partner at the Perkins Coie's Emerging Companies and Private Equity groups in Palo Alto. He advises venture capital and private equity funds and their portfolio companies across their legal needs. He counsels them on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property transactions and fund formation matters. Arman has extensive experience advising clients with emphasis on cross border transactions for corporate clients and in his investment company practice. His knowledge runs across industry lines including operating in the software information technologies, life sciences and energy.
