VENDORS NEEDED: Partnering for Parents Expo 2017

We welcome you to showcase your organization at our second annual Partnering for Parents Expo. Our expo will provide the community access to youth and family programs,scholarships, and parenting resources. We will also be featuring interactive fitness challenges to promote healthy living. This is a FREE community event.
We are looking for summer camp and enrichment programs, tutoring and nannying services, or any other resources valuable to families in the community. If you are interested in having a table at our event, please register!
The cost is $25 per table (after fees). Tables will include table cloths and chairs. Please bring any other additional materials. TICKET SALES BEGIN NOW AND END SATURDAY, MAY 6! Please check our FAQs for more information.
Unable to have a representative at our event? No problem! If you register your organization and drop off your promotional materials at our office, we will gladly set up the table for you. Please contact the event organizer Taylor Tinsley at email@example.com if you wish to participate without a represnetative.
Where should I park?
Please park in the lot by the Southfield Parks and Rec building.
The event will be held in the Southfield Parks & Rec building. Please park in the lot by the building that has Parks & Recreation listed on the front. Keep an eye out for our event signs!
Do I need to bring my ticket?
Yes! Please bring your printed ticket to the event. We will check you in prior to table set up. You only need one ticket per organziation.
What time am I allowed to set up my table?
Event set up begins at 9 a.m. The vendor showcase is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please be prompt.
Southfield Youth Assistance is not responsible for materials at your table. You are responsibile for maintainence of your table.
How big are the vendor tables?
All vendor tables are 8 ft
What materials are prohibited?
We do not allow any animals, alcoholic beverages, drugs, etc.
Small items on tables such as candy/mints and water bottles are allowed. Access to outlets for electronic devices may be limted so please plan accordingly.
What is the refund policy?
We will issue refunds up until May 6, 2017. We will not issue any refund requests after May 6, 2017.
What is Southfield Youth Assistance?
Southfield Youth Assistance (SYA) is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) prevention program that focuses on providing services to youth and their families within the Southfield/Lathrup Village area. We provide short-term counseling services for youth who need additional support at home, school, or within the community, while also engaging them in positive experiences and enhancing their social, academic, and interpersonal skills. Proceeds will go to Southfield Youth Assistance.
