About this Event

Dear Customer,

In these unprecedented times I have tried to reschedule this event in hopes that the Pandemic would soon pass. It has been a year now and unfortunately there is no way we could have this event with the health and safety concerns and restrictions that are in place. This event is put on by the students who are not even able to be in the building full time due to social distancing requirements.

We ask that you consider donating your refund or a portion of your refund to the pirate princess program. It would be greatly appreciated since the girls will lose out on all profit due to this unforeseen circumstance. In fact we stand to lose money and may end up with a negative account balance since all costumes, decorations, and marketing materials can not be returned and the money from your purchase went toward obtaining these items. Anyone who donates their full refund will be credited that donation if and when we reschedule the event. (See form below)

We understand that everyone has been impacted by these circumstances and understand you may not be able to afford donating. For those who wish not to donate, I will be working diligently to get all refunds issued as soon as possible but it will take time since I am still teaching 100% virtual and not in the school building due to an autoimmune condition. I apologize for any inconvenience.

All vendor and ticket purchases must complete the refund form by FEB 27th! Vendor and Ticket Refunds will be issued via check and mailed to you from the school activity account. In order to receive your refund I will need you to complete the attached form. This will ensure I have all your current contact information and mailing address. This will also serve as a way for the school to track refunds issued. If you do not complete this form by February 27th you will not be issued a refund. Your purchase will automatically be marked as donation or credit for future events.

Looking for Vendors for April 25,2020  for Pirate Princess Tea Party catering to children and thier families 

We need vendors who sell Jewelry, clothing, beauty products, toys, book, household items, specialty items, services. food, ect. We also appreciate any business who would like to donate items or their services. In return for your donation we will give FREE advertisement and/or a table for you to hand out marketing materials.

Vendor Small Space 8x8 (SPACE ONLY) $40.00

Vendor Small Space 8x8 in High Traffic/Prime Location (SPACE ONLY) $60

Vendor Small Space 8x8 with Table and 2 Chairs $50.00

Vendor Large Space 16x16 (SPACE ONLY) $75.00

Vendor Large Space 16x16 with double Table and 4 chairs $85

Extra Large Space  20x20 (Large displays/booths) $100

Food Trucks $200.00.

There will be 200 children there with their families. Come make $$$$$$$. We will only take one vendor per company and it is first come first serve.   We want to offer variety and ensure you will get as many sales as possible.  We will update the vendor list often to ensure we do not double book. If by any chance we book more than one company the person who purchased table first will get the spot and the other vendor will be refunded and placed on backup list.

This is a very successful event in its 6th year.  Each year we get bigger and better.  This year we are expanding our vendor mall so parents can shop while we entertain their little Princesses
