Your special opportunity to connect with local area families and grow your business!

Vendor Registration

  • When: Friday, July 15th (Friday, 5PM - 8PM)
  • Where:  Westerville North High School (950 County Line Rd, Westerville, OH 43081)
  • Who Attends:  Families from the Westerville, New Albany, Polaris and surrounding areas
  • Expected Attendance: 2,000+
  • How it works: The event is outdoors, and families will pre-register to attend. You will be assigned a booth space where you can meet families to provide information, sell products, collect information, and more. This is a great way to stay connected and find new customers!
  • Why families attend our events:
      • Back to School related items
      • Resources for their family
      • Fall Classes & programs for kids or adults
      • Educational resources
      • Health resources for their family
      • Products or services for their family
      • Shopping!
      • Products or services for their home
      • Anything else that helps their family in the area
  • What to do at the event: Lots of fun from the stage with various entertainers, magician, free popcorn/cotton candy/cookies, balloon artist, character & princess meet & greet, free back to school supplies, carnival games, bounce park petting zoo, pony rides, contests, food & treat trucks, prizes, scavenger hunt and more!

Sponsorship Opportunities (event is outdoors)

Booth included plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more!

  • Map Sponsor (Gold): Featured on the front of the event map + 1st stop on the Scavenger Hunt + email address of all attendees $500
  • Entrance (Gold):  5' x 2' banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material! (booth optional):  $350

Booth-Only Opportunities (event is outdoors)

    • General Booth Only (10 x10): $200
    • Crafter or Direct Sales only (10 x 10):  $75

Add-On / Alternative Options

  • Flyer Distribution to all Attendees:  We distribute your flyers, coupon, or whatever to all event attendees: $50
  • Candy / Prize Donation (Supporter): We have a lot of candy & prizes to make this event happen for local families. Please consider donating to help our efforts. Will be included on event map (for donations $100 or more): $10 to $300 contribution
