VENDOR REGISTRATION: Olentangy Winterfest Presented by SERVPRO of Delaware

This is a fun holiday event that includes Santa Claus, holiday shopping, connecting with area business, sleigh rides, ornament making, candy canes, and more! It will attract families for Powell, Dublin, Worthington, Lewis Center and the surrounding area. Great way to find new customers with 800+ attendees as we start with our first winter festival of the year.

Vendor Registration

• When: November 12th (Friday, November 12th 5PM - 8PM)
• Where:  New Hope Church (4739 W Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065)
• Who Attends:  Families from Powell, Dublin, Lewis Center, Worthington and surrounding area.
• How it works: Indoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free.
• Expected Attendance: 800+

• Why families attend the event: This is a great winter family event to help them with getting ready for the winter. This event will have holiday shopping! Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more!

What to do at the event:

• Pancake Dinner with Santa: A super fun pancake dinner that is flipped at the families that attend. All you can eat pancakes & sausage dinner. Also includes a visit with Santa Claus, drop off wish list, and holiday music.
• Winter Fun: Lots of holiday fun from ornament making, sleigh rides, candy cane game, mystery prize wheel, balloon artist, coloring contest, free candy, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies and lot of other neat items for your family!

• Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at Front Entrance, 5'x2 banner at Stage, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material. PLUS ADD one item below to your booth: $800
• Mystery Ornament Zone (Platinum): Part of the mystery prize wheel. This is the area after kids receive the free ornament kit (300+) they visit your booth to start the ornament process: SOLD
• Mystery Prize Wheel (Platinum): After they make the ornament they go over to the Mystery prize wheel to win various prizes. Your booth is connected to the prize wheel. Very popular: SOLD
• Balloon Artist (Platinum): Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event. Just a fun way to be a part of the event. $500
• Santa Claus Sponsor (Platinum): You get to sponsor Santa! Families stop by your booth first, drop off the wish list before they visit Santa. 5'x2' banner at the Santa Claus area. 10 free pancake dinners! You won’t be missed: $500
• Event Bag (Gold): This is the bag that everyone receives at the start of the event. Key item and highly anticipated because of all the special goodies in it. You provide the bag $400
• Candy Cane Game (Gold): You receive 300-400 candy canes on a fun display. The display has different levels – kids pick different colored cards and “win” the candy cane. Has a fun Candyland interaction with it. Very engaging area and fun! $400
• Entrance (Gold): Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material! (booth optional): $300
