Vendor Registration

• When: March 7th (Sunday, Noon - 3PM)
• Where:  Canal Market District (36 E Canal St, Newark, OH 43055)
• Who Attends:  Residents & Families from the Newark & Licking County and surrounding areas
• Why attending the event: People attend the event to find:

1. Shopping!
2. Products & Services for their family or home
3. Local area businesses
4. Classes & programs for kids or adults
5. Summer Camps
6. Health resources for their family
7. Anything else that helps their family in the area

• What to do at the event: This is a fun filled afternoon that includes a lot of neat options. Includes a various entertainers, family bingo, trivia contests, and other items on the stage. Also, lots of great things from free popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, balloon artist, a fun scavenger hunt, and a special VIP entry bag for the first 150 attendees! Plus many more items.

• How it works:  This event will be outdoors and a 1 way walk through event. The Canal Market district is a sheltered facility with easy access to setup your booth (you park beside your booth) and access to electricity. Families & residents will pre-register to attend a different times. Attendees will visit the booths as they make it through the event. You can provide them information, sell products, collect information, do enter wins, and more. You do need to sanitize high touch areas (if any) between customer visits. This is a great to stay connected and find new customers! Masks required.

• Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at KidsLinked booth, 5'x2 banner at character meet & greet area, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material: $800
• Main Stage (Platinum): The most visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $500
• Balloon Artist (Platinum):  Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $500
• Candy Candy, Cookies, or Popcorn  (Gold):  You pick 1 of the items and have 150 servings to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)!  Fun part or our family fun theme! Extremely popular - fun!  We provide all the supplies and items for it.  Very popular destination.  $350 per item
• Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material! (booth optional):  $300
• Flyer Distribution to all Attendees:  We distribute your flyers, coupon, or whatever to all event attendees: $50

• Crafter or Direct Sales only (10 x 10):  $75
