Canal Winchester Winterfest & Pet Expo

VENDOR REGISTRATION - 11/18/22

This is a fun holiday event that includes Santa Claus, holiday shopping, connecting with area business, bounce park, sleigh rides, ornament making, Santa Run, pet expo & activities, candy canes, and more! It will attract families or pet lovers for Canal Winchester, Bloom Carroll , Pickerington, and the surrounding area. Great way to find new customers with 2,000+ attendees as we celebrate our 3rd annual winter festival in Canal Winchester!

Vendor Registration

• When: November 18th (Friday 5PM - 8PM)
• Where: X Church (6600 Bigerton Bend, Canal Winchester, OH 43110)
• Who Attends: Families or pet lovers from Canal Winchester, Bloom Carroll , Pickerington, and the surrounding area.
• How it works: Indoor event! Families or pet lovers pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free.
• Expected Attendance: 2,000+

• Why families attend the event: This is a fun holiday event that families and the community attend to help them with getting ready for the winter. Also great way to connect with pet people. This event will have holiday shopping or finding products/services! Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more!

What to do at the event:

• Visit Santa: A super fun experience to meet Santa Claus, meet an elf, drop off wish list, get picture taken, and more of the overall Santa experience.
• Santa Run: Runners can pick 3 distances (.25, 1, or 2 mile run) through a fun course. After the race, all runners get to have a special visit and dessert with Santa Claus!
• Winter Fun: Lots of holiday fun from ornaments, sleigh rides, candy cane game, mystery prize wheel, balloon artist, coloring contest, free candy, popcorn, cotton candy, cookies and lot of other neat items for your family! Plus a bounce park and more fun!
• Holiday Shopping & Community businesses!: Great to of year for holiday shopping - sell products or anything else to get ready for the holidays. Plus connect with the great local businesses in the area!

• Balloon Artist Sponsor (Platinum): Balloon Artist at your booth! This is a one of the most visited attraction that everyone loves. Lots of fun, lots of traffic. $600
• Fun Zone Area (Gold): 5'x2' sign at entrance fun zone + 30 free passes + booth near area $500
• Map Sponsor (Gold): Featured on the front of the event map + 1st stop on the Scavenger Hunt + email address of all attendees $500
• Carnival Game Sponsor (Platinum): Special area where the games are played + Your 5'x2' banner at the front + 50 free carnival game tickets. $400
• Popcorn (Gold): 200 servings of Popcorn from your both (Popular item). $400 per item
• Santa Run – Santa Hat Sponsor: Your company name on the hat runners receive when they cross the finish line! Includes 10 free race entries. $300
• Santa Run – Santa Medal: Finish line medal for all runners! Your company name on the back of the medal. Includes 10 free race entries. $300
• Entrance Sponsor (Gold): Signage at main entrance of the event + Included on all posters, flyers + Booth near the front of the event. $400
