Presented by the inestimable Carmella Geib

The life we live can sometimes be overwhelming and filled with stress. How do you currently handle stress in your life? What are your stress triggers? Come explore and practice some simple techniques to help you effectively deal with everyday stress, such as: 4-7-8 Breathing Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping, K27 Thump, Guided Meditation and Autogenic Training.
