Vegetarians rejoice! Join us at the Boston Wine School as we delve into tasting wine paired with an all-veggie style meal. Not sure whether to serve white or red because your meal has no meat or fish? This night is for you!
Michelle Collins, a foodie and founder of the blog, The Economical Eater prepares a summer-inspired meal. On her website, it says she is," A vegetarian who loves to cook and discover new restaurants, without spending a fortune per meal. I’m also a big fan of craft beer, and a big supporter of anything locally sourced."
A lot of people have never been to a Boston Wine School class before, so let me tell you what to expect.
First of all, we are a guaranteed 100% snob-free zone. No matter who you are. No matter how much you know about wine. We know how to make wine interesting and interactive for everyone.
Classes are small — usually 15 students max — and usually start with sparkling wine, then bread, cheese, olives and antipasto. Expect to taste 6-8 specially selected wines. Weekend classes include dinner, featuring vegetarian options.
