Creating vegetarian meals is an opportunity to get creative with spices!
In this class we will learn to use spices to deepen the flavors of a Thai massaman curry. We will also make our own spice blends that can be used in many different vegetarian dishes.
Jason Frishman heads up the FolkFoods stand at the Burlington Farmer’s Market and enjoys teaching about food year-round.
