Himchuli Highlands is a Nepali and Indian food restaurant in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver that boasts a very large vegan menu. With close to 20 vegan options on their everyday menu it's a great choice for lunch or dinner and be sure to stop in for their monthly all vegan buffet the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
