Guest Speaker: Dennis Jones

Dennis Jones is a Public Speaker, certified Integrative Nutrition Coach and Food for Life Instructor. As the creator of Course Correction his aim is to provide people with guidance for implementing a whole food, plant-based diet in an effort to encourage them to commit to health living. He is a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran that holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hawai’i, with more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. It was through his own wellness quest that his enthusiasm to end dietary confusion was sparked.

There are a number of ways to lose weight but going to bed hungry will not happen on this program.

If you have been aiming to lose weight, let me show you the steps that make the process as easy, effective, and permanent as possible. For anyone—but especially for those with diabetes. This class is a quick introductory session on understanding food and having easy options to prepare. Demo and samples.
